Introduction requests collect your name, email, organization, optional role, inquiry type and message. Newsletter registration separately records your email, explicit consent, source, time and policy version. These records are stored in a private database and accessible only to authorized administrators. Inquiry senders are not automatically subscribed.

We do not request investment subscription information or identity documents. No marketing email service or analytics is enabled. Security protections use a keyed, short-lived network identifier for rate limiting. Administrator authentication is provided by Clerk.

Please avoid including sensitive personal information. Final controller contact details, retention periods, rights procedures and service-provider disclosures require owner approval before public launch. This draft is not a declaration of legal compliance.
